Refund policy
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for wrong size or buyer's remorse so be absolutely sure you are committed before you purchase. Damage or miss treatment of your jewelry is on you, treat your jewels with the care it deserves. We will however refund if your item arrives damaged, you have 24hrs to upload a clear image of the problem and we can work it out.
Under the Australian consumers law, you can request a refund only if the product doesn't meet certain consumers guarantees.eg if the product is faulty, so make sure to check your beauties on arrival.
Please Note Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and no refund on sale items.
